Is it safe to share account details?

If a service needs account access, support tells you before work starts what details are needed, where to leave notes, and when not to log in. We do not describe shared-account work as risk-free.

How do updates and communication work?

Customer-visible replies, status changes, and follow-up questions stay on the order in your dashboard chat. That gives you one place to check what was asked, what changed, and what still needs an answer.
