Communication data: Messages exchanged through the website dashboard are stored to maintain order history and allow our team to follow up if needed.
Technical data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and performance monitoring only.

In-game credentials shared for a specific order are removed from active use as soon as that order is marked complete or closed.
